As I am a heavy and sweet lover,I always tend to drink water atleast one glass per hour.This is done to balance in the blood cells. Every morning I set atleast 10 minutes of doing stretching or indoor exercises just to sweat away the fats I consumed due to my excessive eating.This is more convenient and effective method that any of you might try.This is fun and will benefit you having in good shape.

I don’t stop myself eating the foods that I crave for but rather limit my intakes of it. Some even lack their self with the meals just to do “diets” which is I see it every wrong.Doing also”fasting” is the method I don’t agree for.

Just remember that being disciplined and mindfull will play a big role to have a healthy lifestyle. It’s up to you on how you want to doing yourself. No one will do the action aside from you. What you do is what you become for. Also, put in mind that whatever shape you have, you deserved to be loved and accepted.
